I have had this money tree for about a year now and it continues to grow and thrive however recently I have seen these weird brown/yellow spots on a couple leaves. Any idea what it may be or causing it?

If this leaf is on a lower limb of the plant it could just be getting “old” and is giving its nutrients back into the plants new growths.. You can either wait for it to fully wilt away (might take months) or you can wait as long as you want and chop it off, as it is no longer needed👍🏼

Have you checked for spider mites? They had a similar effect on my Elephant plant. Still fighting them.
