Hi there, any help with this is appreciated!!!  
My golden mosaic has beautiful potential, and there’s always new leaves forming from the top …However there’s a lot of bottom leaves browning and other concerns as you can see. What should I do to keep this plant healthy?? 🙏

Some things to look into :

The humidity could be low. Try getting a humidifier for your plant baby.  
It could also be root rot, golden mosaics are very sensitive to we soil. Try checking roots to make sure they are healthy.  
Another reason is too much sun, their leaves turn brown almost like a bad tan.

Thank you soo much!!! It’s probably too much sun, when I check the roots for rot maybe I’ll also re pot!

When the top 2-3 inches of the soil is dry, water again.

Keep out of direct sunlight - give about 12-14 hours of light per day
