I thought it was due to a lack of light so I relocated the plant and watered it and now it has dark spots on the leaves. It may have been fine and the extra water may have made it a bit waterlogged. Check the roots as Olivia suggested. The top of the plant didn't look very wilted so maybe your pothos was just stretching out and looking for something to climb. If anything, take a cutting from one of the healthy parts that has a node and plop it in water as a backup. You can always replant it in the pot once the rest of it is in the clear. Maybe it just wanted to throw a hissy fit.
