# My peace lily has some yellow leaves, I’m not sure if it was like…

My peace lily has some yellow leaves, I’m not sure if it was like that when I bought it or not.. it’s in a shady/low light area, and has drainage as well, and where I live has around 80-90% humidity too.. any ideas of what it is??

How often do you water?

I watered it once since I’ve gotten it, the soil is still moist

I got it 7 days ago btw, the soil was superrr crumbly and dry when I bought it home

sounds like it’s not getting enough light, which is causing over watering symptoms. peace lilies need bright indirect light to thrive
