Pardon the stupid question but can houseplants get pests if they are only indoors? None of mine have any problems but I was wondering if it’s something I need to pay attention to. ✌🏻

Yes, they absolutely can. My indoor plants have struggled with gnats and spider mite infestations. Keep an eye on them and make sure to isolate any affected plants to prevent them from spreading to healthy ones!

Yes! Indoor plants can get pests.

potted soil in my apartment grows fungus SO easily. i use neem oil to combat it, and am slowly shifting to using leca (clay lumps) instead. esp if your place has high humidity, be extra careful not to overwater.

Yes they can also already have them from the store. One of my plants had aphids and I didn’t notice until a couple of weeks when it got everywhere.
