For the most part, I think it looks pretty healthy. Just this one bloom.😢

The bloom is pry just old and dying. Unfortunately they don't last forever😭

As far as you can without trimming any other part of the plant😊

You wouldn't have to trim it yet but if you don't like the looks of it go ahead
