I do not fertilize it, it's been a bit hectic cause we just moved in with my grandma. I'll start doing that soon though. And the soil isn't too dry

Moving a ficus within a room can cause it to drop leaves. Moving it to a new home can cause it to go bald. It can sometimes recover once it acclimates to the new environment.
