I got this insect trap for my fungus gnats \& I see I have more than fungus gnats. Does anyone know if these insects harm the plants too ?

Are the green ones aphids? If so I think they are pest to plants but I’m not sure if they are aphids, so hopefully someone else can confirm for you.

But at least if they are harmful the trap works to catch them like the fungus gnats so that’s a positive.
