I’m newer to plants but it looks like you could possibly be underwatering. Are the yellowing leaf edges becoming dry and crunchy? Is the soil dry? I believe dry leaves from underwatering begin on lower leaves which appears to be happening as well. Could be wrong but I hope this helps!

Could be underwatering. Could be over watering. Could be pests. First thing I'd do is inspect the plant carefully for any movement, and then consider checking the roots for rot
