# I’ve had this citrus tree (I don’t know which variety- I’d love to…

I’ve had this citrus tree (I don’t know which variety- I’d love to find d out!) since it was 3 inches tall. It is now nearly 3 feet tall and had been inconsistently happy and growing and then struggling. This month I see new growth, but overall the plant isn’t thriving. It has never blossomed.  
I have it on a wintered slowed watering schedule, but that may have been the wrong direction. (Planta’s watering/care schedule) Even when I was watering more frequently, the leaves are yellowed and semi-crispy. I use a grow light.  
Can anyone advise?

PS- also curious about pruning.

I'd check that for pests. Citrus can also get rust, which is a fungal infection.
