# I want to share the story of this little aluminum plant to give other…

_Posted by Plantingsherry on 2026-08-23_

I want to share the story of this little aluminum plant to give other beginners hope. This guy came as close to dying as any plant can. It was in bad shape when it came home and the dirt it’s was in stayed wet for a long time. I repotted it into better soil, but the damage was done. It lost almost all of its leaves. I gave root hormones in the water and fertilized as directed.

Even the little dead leafless stem is now pushing up new growth!

WHERE THERE IS LIFE THERE IS HOPE!
