I have a new terrarium with a jelly bean plant. There is one stem with no beans and one stem with beans only at the top. This is my first terrarium. What should i do with this plant??

Get it out of that terrarium. You should have success with propagating the stem ends. Let the cut callous over for a day, then plant in good quality succulent soil. Moisten around the stem a few times a week until it grows roots.
