On my monstera, I’ve put some pesticide on but any ideas?

South facing with a lot of sunlight all day (but very cloudy lately), not outgrowing the pot. Watered regularly and misted twice a week. No extreme temperatures, humidity about 65% in the room on average. Given miracle gro and plant feed sticks.

Look up fertilizer burn and see if that might be the issue.
