Hello, I have this polka dot begonia and this new leaf is all of a sudden looks like it’s dying but I’m not sure why? It was perfectly healthy the other day? Does anyone have any ideas?

I suspect overwatering and lack of light, as well. You may need a grow light or placing it closer to natural light. You need 6 hours of light minimum to maintain the vibrant colors found in begonias.

The soil looks muddy. No perlite to help with drainage. Plus, that is a lot of soil for a little plant. You can have good intentions by repotting. But, too much soil in too large of a pot can quickly kill fleshy plants like begonias especially in colder months when homes are kept cooler and plants slow their growth. Slower growth means less water taken in and more water to rot the roots.

I recommend downsizing to a smaller pot just slightly larger than the root ball.  
Replace all the soil with a dry well draining mix. Rinse the roots with hydrogen peroxide if you remove root rot. This kills bacteria. Good luck. 🍀🪴
