any idea of what could be wrong? and does it seem to be the same issue that’s affecting my new leaf? 😔

and it’s so confusing because he’s still pushing out new leaves

Could be fungal. I’d try a fungicide. If possible check her roots, she could have root rot as well. How often do you water her?

once a week is what I plan for but if the soil is too wet I like to wait but I have been treating with neem oil maybe it’s too harsh or my ratio is off I repotted on April 3rd after having it for a week and I don’t wanna disturb the roots so soon but I don’t want to let any potential root rot get worst either

Once a week may be too often depending on how dry the air is in your home. My furnace zaps the moisture out of mine but she is in about an 16-18” pot
