Hello, I’m a relatively new plant owner. I have some plants who now have these spots on them. Was wondering if I’m doing something wrong or they are pest related.

Following. I have a similar plant with the same spotting but I’m not sure if that’s its natural colors or what because idk when they came up. I only recently noticed them.

those are called EFN's or extrafloral nectaries. they are excess glucose that the plant did not use and that was pushed out of the leaves, which leave "burns" where the sugar water is evaporated by the sun.
