My blue java banana plant looks like it needs help. I live in an 8b zone and it started getting colder, and i’m not sure what to do please help.

I would just let it go dormant for the winter. I usually just chop it down and put it in my basement. Keep it dark and cool and when spring rolls around just pop it outside :)
