# Noticed this on my wax plant and is now getting worse. Repotted about…

Noticed this on my wax plant and is now getting worse. Repotted about 3 weeks ago because it was ready for more space. Are they bugs or mold? Or something else? I have it quarantined regardless, just want to know what it is so I can start treating.

Help!!!
