Anyone know what’s happening with this plant? It keeps popping leaves but they are dying. This is what the leaf looks like. It’s gotta be a pest.

The leafs look crisp, so it might be because underwatering.

It could be different things. Is it root bound? Maybe some areas are not getting enough water.
