My pilea keeps getting brown spots on some of its leaves. Why is it doing this and how can I fix it?

Could be pests, but not sure.  
Try gently cleaning all the leaves really well (top and bottom) with a slightly damp cloth, and be sure to allow the soil to dry out at least half-way down before watering, and see if you get any more.
