# I have a Dracena that has gotten dry brown spots on the leafs, almost…

I have a Dracena that has gotten dry brown spots on the leafs, almost looks like it’s molding. I followed care instructions that come with the plant. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong or it the plant is doomed. If there’s a remedy please help me!

Oh no! I really hope for the best. It looks like it may have been overwatered. You will have to check the roots.  
Remove any mushy roots and make sure they are not sitting in water. Make sure you have proper drainage in the soil and holes in the pot.  
Trim all the bad spots from the leaves. Cut them in a “v” shape to mimic its natural growth pattern.  
Lastly spray with a fungicide and make sure it is completely dry before watering again. Reapply according to instructions (which are usually once a week). It may go through an adjustment period as it heals as most plants don’t like to be repotted in winter but you don’t really have a choice if you want to save it.
