Help! I inherited this massive parlor palm recently and I’ve pretty much left it alone since. Its size alone is super daunting.  
Recently noticed these yellowing spots under the leaves. I’ve checked for pests but nothing more than the odd gnat. Overwatering / underwatering ?

It’s sitting in a south facing room but far enough from the window that it’s never receiving direct sunlight. For watering, I have only watered it once since having it for two months. Use my moisture gauge to know when the water.

How far is far? Depending on the distance to the window, it may not be receiving enough light
