HELP PLEASE!! I have acquired some Christmas Palm Seedlings and for the life of me cannot find the correct combo to help these little guys flourish. I have no issues with other palms I currently have and have had in the past. Can someone please look at pics below and tell me what I’m doing wrong?! Thank you in advance!

They all look under watered. But, I’m no expert. Do they enough light?

Yes they get ample light in addition to my greenhouse I thought I was overwatering but I don’t know
