i have this monstera plant and i’m wondering what to do with the leaves that have died a little, should i leave them or cut them off, if so is there a certain way to do it?

for the ones with the little yellow spots I would leave them. for the ones where most of the leaf destroyed, cut them off. they aren't providing enough for the plant to justify wasting the plants energy on them. It should encourage it to grow new leaves when you cut the old ones off as well

ok thank you, where should i cut them off near the bottom?
