# I have sadly just tossed my creeping Jenny as she had little dark…

I have sadly just tossed my creeping Jenny as she had little dark bugs, flying and crawling all around the top of her. I am wondering if they are thrips? Shall I spray other plants in the area with neem oil as a preventative to this pest? Thanks.
