# update on my PPP: while ago i lost the majority her highly variegated…

update on my PPP: while ago i lost the majority her highly variegated leaves due to overwatering 😢 i let her dry out for a long time and the damage seems to have stopped. would it encourage new growth if i clip these brown mushy leaves? if so where should i snip it off?

I had the same problem and ended up chopping off the top and propagating each leaf above it in water for a full reset. Sometimes it’s not worth keeping all the damaged leaves. New props are coming in with variegation in full effect
