# Hi all, My pink panther is getting brown leaves interspersed with…

Hi all,  
My pink panther is getting brown leaves interspersed with good foliage. Any idea what’s causing the browning? I have her planted in an aroid soil and she’s under grow lights. I water her according to the app but am wondering if it’s under-watering.

I would also check for mites. They love these plants.

Spider mites?! I don’t see any webbing. I’m thinking of repotting her in a good soil mix rather than the aroid mix . It dries out too quickly.

Usually webbing is a sign of an infestation. The first signs are lighter white dots all over the foliage then they eventually make webbing. I would check under the leaves for any white specs. They’ll be super tiny and look like dust
