I’ve had this plant for about a year and it hasn’t grown AT ALL I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong or how to make it grow

These are very slow growers. I get maybe 2-4 leaves a year. :)

Looks like she also needs some more soil .

Looks like it needs to be fertilized \& try getting a humidifier to help it’s photosynthesis process

Also, more soil. Maybe you can do this all in one repotting session. I think it will do great then!
