Okay I have a few things going on here… a manjula that keeps getting dark wilty spots, a cactus with weird rust looking dots and a jade plant that’s got mealies maybe? Any help with any of these would be awesome!

I’m no expert but my best guess is fungal problems, how’s the airflow in the rooms with plants? Not heat or ac but like a fan to circulate air

The jade and cactus are outside on my covered porch.

I’m not sure then I’m sorry I couldn’t be of any help! I hope everything goes well though!

Are the brown spots on the manjula only on the white areas? With highly variegated plants I’ve heard that’s normal for the white areas to brown after some time. If not, brown spot can be so many things. Winter is tough on house plants so could be the dry air, or could be fungal/root issues as the other person said. You could always pull the plant and inspect the roots but honestly I tend to leave mine be unless the entire plant declines (severe wilting, yellowing leaves etc) when it’s winter time. A lot of them bounce back in the spring.

Now that you mention it, it is always on the white parts!
