I just got this monstera and theres these pretty big bugs on it 😭 idk what they are or best way to get rid of them. Please help! I’ve been spraying neem oil

Looks like aphids! Keep spraying them with neem oil, they will eventually go away. Doesn’t hurt to also wipe them off since you can see them.
