# Anyone have any idea what could be causing this rosemary plant to be…

Anyone have any idea what could be causing this rosemary plant to be turning red from the bottom up?

I recently renovated this bed by double digging and mixing in compost and sand to break up the clay soil. This older rosemary is a transplant from a pot on my deck and I have a new rosemary from the nursery that seems perfectly happy in the same bed and some lavender and thyme as well all are happy in the same conditions.

Looks like a fungal infection or pests based on the texture on the leaves. I would take a cutting to the local nursery or garden center. I’ve done that before to identify garden plant issues.
