Looks like overwatering or not enough light. Let it dry out between waterings then saturate it until water runs out of the bottom of the pot. You also need bright, indirect light.

^Agreed! This plant does not like a lot of water. And indirect light is best

My spineless yuka had the same problem… I tried to repot it but it had terrible root rot. Unfortunately I couldn’t save it 😭
