Anyone know why my aloe is doing this? Is it under watering or not enough sun? Only a couple of the things are doing it not all of them

I don’t know much about aloe Vera but it seems fine to me

What about the drooping stalk on the side?

I don’t really know. I’m pretty sure that’s just due to it snapping somehow or some sort of trauma to that stalk
