Hello, I got this gorgeous ficus from Facebook marketplace. I brought it home and then one leaf in the middle of the plant selectors this sort of decay. I didn’t think anything of it, as it was just moved and that can happen with plant adjusting. But now it’s dropped at least three leaves, and the rest of this side is developing this. It’s only on one of the stalks though, the other one is completely fine. What is happening?

It’s not being overwatered, I wait until soil is completely dry before watering

What’s your climate like? Super dry?

Thank you for posting this! Unfortunately, I don’t know what the issue that you’re experiencing is about. I came to say that I’m also having a similar issue with my ficus plant AND the stalk has grown very leggy over the past few months…I will be following this post to see if there’s a solution for me here too.

maybe it needs more humidity? i had the same issue with rubber trees and once i moved to a coastal climate my thumb turned green for these!
