Hi guys! I bought this to help with gnats and I put one drop in a gallon of water. I still have gnats. Should I add more drops?

It’s not an insecticide that kills the flying adults on contact. It’s a larvicide designed to use Bti bacteria to break the life cycle of the gnats by killing the gnat larvae in the soil. It essentially kills it in the cradle! See the label. You have to use as directed which may include repeated applications (to all your plants) until they are gone.

I add this every time I water my plans. 2-5 drops per 1/2 gallon

I am by no means an expert! However, your bottle says it’s for mosquito larvae. Are mosquitoes your problem? I had a terrible soil gnat problem last year. After months of trying lots of different remedies, the only thing that worked was a product called Mosquito Bits. It is labeled as a remedy for soil gnat larva in the soil. You make a kind of “tea” by soaking the bits in water and then watering your plants using the “tea”, according to the instructions on the bag. It took about a month or so but that got rid of them and they have not come back. I also used sticky traps to control the adults. I have no idea if this is basically the same as the product you used! Just sharing what worked for me. Good luck!!
