Can someone please help me identify the issue with my pothos here? I’m starting to see such black spots on some leaves including on some new ones.  
What should I do?

what sort of light does it get? (bright? sun? shade?)

It’s been kept at the window but unfortunately days are not sunny so I keep it under grow light for a couple hours.
