# My HLP isn’t doing 100%… Some of her leaves are getting a bit curled,…

My HLP isn’t doing 100%…

Some of her leaves are getting a bit curled, and her recent leaves are not coming out variegated. I think I may not be giving her enough light, but this is the only place I can keep her. Though, I was also considering it being underwatering.

The plant curls when it needs water or the humidity is too low. Sadly, I know from experience!😁 Brasils don’t immediately turn yellow and crispy brown when it needs water. It’s starts to dimple and curl its leaf tips.

I agree the lack of bright indirect light can cause the plant to revert to solid green with its new growth.

The curling looks like humidity. I got some $10 halo lights from Amazon for plants I can’t move!
