I’m extremely new to this plant father thing; I was wanting to know if this is a normal growth on a Devotion succulent. (In a smaller terrarium)

Probably, just looks like so ariel roots

Looks good! If you don’t like the leggy look or any of the new growth looks dehydrated (wrinkly), then you can pull off the little rooted chunks and pop them in the soil! Totally normal for a succulent to grow a bit wonky but that is half the fun!
