I recently bought this peace lily and noticed this on one of the leaves. This is the only leaf it is on and was like this when I bought it. The rest of the plant seems in healthy condition but how do I go about resolving this? Should I prune or maybe add something to the soil?

I would sacrifice that leaf if it is the only issue and see what happens. It could be damage from the store but if it is a fungal issue you want to remove it.
