# Can someone please tell me what’s going on? I do not overwater this…

Can someone please tell me what’s going on? I do not overwater this plant nor over fertilize it as well. This has been going on for a while now. it is also growing two new leaves, so I do not understand what I am doing wrong. I’ve had this plant for almost a year now, and I have only lost one leaf off of it, and the yellow and brown spots continue to grow slowly.

Do you mist it, or water it in a way where water splashes all over its leaves? If so, you need to cut off all the leaves that have the spots off immediately.

It could be a type of fungus. Check the roots to see if they are still healthy!

Agreed- some sort of fungus. Probably need to chop off the infected leaves and spray with a fungicide
