Should I cut off the leaf that is rly yellow?  
I had heard that if the tip has been broken off it will stop growing… is that true? And does that then mean that I shud just cut off all the leaves that have been damaged so that it gives more room for more growth

My snake plant looks the same right now but worse 😩 any help would be appreciated :)

Maybe fertilize? I usually use coffee on my plants. I water it down. They love it

I trim the dead off so it doesn’t waste resources on it.
