I recently got a Chinese money plant and it had been doing fine. Recently I noticed a brown spot in the middle of one of the leaves and yellow dots under the leaves. I think it’s some type of fungus but I’m not sure how to treat it? Help!

these spots look more like overwatering rather than a fungal issue

Second this. My old one did this when I overwatered
