# I got an early christmas gift, and this plant was sent in the mail…

I got an early christmas gift, and this plant was sent in the mail and exposed to the cold. Most leaves are crispy and withering almost black on the ends. This is my first peace lily, what should I do to help and save it?

there are leaves that aren’t crispy and there is new growth so i have hope! But I can totally cut those leaves off and put it under a grow light

I would be careful with a grow light. Peace lily’s do better with indirect light. Hopefully it just needs an adjustment period.
