Usually they lose leaves as quickly as they grow if it’s being over watered even if it’s really pretty and green. That’s been my experience anyway.

Sometimes if it is getting shaken or it is over a vent the leaves will fall off

my peperomia ‘hope’ loses leaves at the ends of the vines like this if i’m under watering. your peperomia might be rootbound which will contribute to the soil drying out too fast

It’s looking a little “leggy” too, which could be too little light. I have mine in an east facing window and it’s loving it.
