It’s winter on my side not enough sun and my plants are turning yellow help should I keep them away from window and add plant lights to

I’m in central canada where it is currently winter. I move my plants away from any windows with drafts and have grow lights on 10-12 hours a day on most plants that aren’t right in an East or South window.
