Hello! This is happening pretty quickly, anyone know what’s causing the dark spots and if so is it something I can treat before it spreads? Please help!

How close to the window is it? On first glance it looks like sunburn.

It could be pests maybe? What are the little white dots on the leaves?

Nothing I could see here’s a pic I just took after cleaning her leaves, and she seems happy new leaf on the way but the black and yellowing on bottom leaves 🥴😭
