Hey everyone! I need some help!

This is one of my favorite plants since it was given to me by my late grandmother. So I really want to keep it alive and thriving.

I noticed some discoloration and wasn’t sure what was going on. Overwatering? Underwatering? Scarring from a cold draft?

Any info and insight I could get would be much appreciated! Thank you!
