Dracaenas (what you have there looks like a compact dragon tree)  
are very sensitive to the chemicals and minerals it most tap water. So if possible I would suggest using either rain or distilled.

And follow up question does that pot have drainage holes?  
They don’t need you be watered very often. You have to let them dry out almost completely between each watering.

They also have a high humidity need.

The pot has drainage holes and I’ve been using filtered water. She was doing well and all of a sudden her leaves started to turn yellow. I did move her from her window and placed her in another window maybe she wants to go back 😊. I’ll put her back and increase the humidity and see how that works. Thanks

Mine has done the same thing. It went from no brown leaf tips to almost all of them😩I’m just praying that the humidity will save her. The dry air is really taking its toll on all of my babies.
