Dracaena with brown spots on the inside and tips of leaves. Any ideas of cause or solution?

What are you watering with?  
Dracaenas are very sensitive to the chemicals and minerals in tapwater. If you can I would suggest using either rain or distilled!

You show 4 yellow stickers to catch fungus gnats! There is a good chance fungus gnat larvae are eating on the roots.

Those are just for maintenance in case. I water with gnat drops so fungus gnats are well controlled.
