# What is growing with my plants?! I just repotted these two plants…

What is growing with my plants?! I just repotted these two plants with the miracle grow indoor potting soil (see picture of bag). Both of my plants seem to have bean sprouts coming out of them?!!! What is happening?!!!

You won’t know until the second set of leaves appear

miracle gro soil is known for being full of stragglers, seeds and fungus gnats and whatnot in more experienced circles only unfortunately… i always recommend making your own soil but there are plenty of pre-packaged soils that are better. fox farm is one i see highly recommended

Agreed! Bought my bark mix for orchids and so many gnats came out. I just left it there to dry outside and they all died. Never again.
